The Wider Picture Adds Context

The regional median sold price reached $744,950, up 4.2%. Homes spent an average of 28 days on the market, unchanged from a year ago. The Langley Pyramid median of $1,670,000 sits well above the regional figure, which reflects the school pyramid and the DC proximity that drive pricing here.
